WATER HOUSES

The horse ride goes through dirt roads overlooking the north coast of the island and the neighboring parish of Mosteiros with a very dense and varied flora and going up to the ridges overlooking the lagoons of Sete Cidades.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​

  • All tours start and end at Quinta do Freio;

  • We only carry out tours for small groups, a maximum of 4 people per group, and always accompanied by a guide.

  • On horseback rides, it is always mandatory to wear a helmet, which will be provided free of charge by Quinta do Freio;

​

​

  • Children from 5 to 10 years old we only do 1 hour ride and accompanied by a guide;

  • Maximum weight 95 kg;

  • You must bring comfortable clothes and shoes (shoes or boots);

  • We do not carry out tours on Saturdays.
